Method & sources

Each goal, assist and save is credited to the player's club at the time of that tournament, then aggregated by the league that club competes in. Own goals are excluded from player totals where the official records require it. Recent tournaments pull from public match reports and media summaries, while the live Euro updates are compiled as the competition unfolds.

Historical tournaments (2016/2012) list the confirmed top contributors per league rather than every cameo — assist and save lists for those years are best-effort. Corrections welcome via GitHub.
